Welcome to the firmware download page, we know it’s important to keep up with the latest firmware.
For newer models, you can scroll down this page and download the file from “Download Directly” section.
For older models, you need to check your serial number in the table below to see if your monitor’s firmware is the latest. If your firmware is not the latest and want to update, please send an e-mail to support@osee-dig.com with title “Firmware Upgrade + Model + Serial Number + Current Firmware Version” (example: Firmware Upgrade + T5 + T54K07E3400538 + 0012.0003) to get the latest firmware.

How to Upgrade Your Monitor’s Firmware
1. Copy the .bin files into the root directory of your U-disk (A U-disk with less than 16G capacity and formatted in FAT32 is needed, don’t rename the .bin file).
2. Power off the monitor and insert the U-disk into the monitor.
3. Power the monitor on and it will upgrade automatically (Don’t power it off or disconnect the power cable until the “Updated successfully, please restart the device” information is displayed, or the monitor will fail to boot up and you have to return it to our service center).
4. After the upgrade, power off and power on the monitor, and the new firmware will be effective.
